Best place ever to buy a ring for your Queen. I did for mine. Outstanding services. The whole experience was a blast and the ring was truly beautiful. When i find out that the ring was too big. As soon as i got there, they told me they were gonna fix it and got it back way before when ai was supposed to get it. I will recommend everyone to go there.

Love this jewelry store. I have gone to them for my husbands wedding ring, anniversary presents and even for my young son. The quality of everything I've gotten is amazing. The staff is also extremely informative and go above and beyond to be as helpful as they can. They are also not hesitant to give fantastic deals. I would recommend to anybody. Jamie listened to what kind of ring I wanted to purchase and took the time to show me as many styles as she could, until I found the perfect ring. She made the process of picking a setting and a diamond easy. She special ordered diamonds for me to chose from and allowed me to preview each one and explain the details of each one, which gave me the opportunity to custom design my ring. The ring I was picking would be one of a kind. After the ring was personalized and designed to my specifications it ended up being more than anything I could have dreamed of. The process was seamless and Jamie was able to get me an amazing ring for exactly my budget. I was so impressed with how she listened to all my questions and concerns and took the time to make sure I was clear on the whole process. She went so far out of her way to make sure my fiancé and I knew exactly what diamond fit us and our budget best. Love this place! Amazing customer service too! My sales associate, Kristine, was amazingly nice, knowledge, and really cared about what I was looking for while making sure I stay in budget! I will definitely be returning, fingers crossed Kristine is there to help me out again!

I would recommend this Hannoush a thousand times! I bought an engagement right here and Maresa made the process so easy. I was an absolute nervous wreck, but she was able to explain everything to me and break down the different types, clarity and color of diamonds. Kristine was very very attentive and thorough when I came in asking to get my wife's ring upgraded. I had no idea what I was doing but she had so much patience with me and helped me for OVER AN HOUR pick out the perfect ring for my beautiful wife! I felt bad that I was taking so long, but Kristine was more than ecstatic to make sure that I found the perfect ring for my wife.
